"Through the Blooms" Original
I’ve seen many animals over the years while out on the trails. Every time I lock eyes with a black bear through the trees, there is a small moment suspended in time where both of us aren’t scared. We just look at each other, recognizing we are sharing the same space and beauty of the land we are on. THEN, instinct washes over the both of us, and I yell “HEY BEAR!!” with my heart jumping up my throat and the bear runs off. But the moment right before that, now that is special.
