My name is Maren and I am a fine artist based in Bozeman Montana.

In March 2023, I left my corporate job to live out my quarter-life crisis dream of “doing my own thing.” I gleefully traded the 9-5 life for the 24/7 adventure of creating a small business from my home.

I am a lover of western art. I primarily spend my time painting with acrylics and oil pastels, and use my designs to create wearable and functional art. I describe my style as playful, bold, humorous, and human, and my mom describes it as “wonderful, sweetie.”

I find inspiration in all the people and places around me. Growing up across the Rocky Mountain West, I have always been in awe of the beauty, complexity, brightness, and humor of the natural world and the mountain communities I’ve been a part of. I’ve had many long days adventuring in the mountains, and I am always struck by the incredible balance between the significance and comedy that a typical day out in nature can provide. I am in constant pursuit of that particular balance in my creative work, upholding traditional foundations of drawing, painting, and fine arts all while never taking it too seriously.

In my free time, you will find me on the trails and in the mountains with my pup, at the climbing gym, or coffee shops (shout out Wild Joe’s, you have my heart).

My passion is creating art for the people, places, and businesses I love, and I cannot wait to make you something special!
