36×36 Acrylic on Canvas
I made this painting for the 2026 Sweet Pea Juried Art Show, winning an honorable mention at the opening ceremony. This piece is about that eerily beautiful orange glow that covers the sky when a fire is burning near. This piece features some of my favorite mountain creatures- the Bighorn Sheep, set among a field of fireweed flowers under Lone Peak in Big Sky, Montana.
Unframed with gallery wrapped, painted, and finished edges.
This piece is currently on display at ERA Landmark in downtown Bozeman. Please connect by email to discuss this piece.
